Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

2 1lb bags brussels sprouts, trimmed (about 1.5 lb after trimming)

2 shallots, sliced

2 tablespoons Yo Mama Balsamic Dressing

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Toss all the ingredients in a large bowl. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, until starting to brown, stirring halfway through.
